However, I want to create a single master calendar that is shared between all the users because 10% of the time I might have to manually push that task to someone else. This is because they would be the one completing it 90% of the time. I want the reminder and/or email to only go to that person.
Those select staff work at one of our 10 locations and each of those locations have a specific person who does the re-certs.
Reason being is we have certifications that are due annually for select staff. However, I'd like to set reminders or even generate an automated email within the group that only goes to the people it needs to and not the entire group.
