Also, if it's a shared calendar those within the group can plan months in advanced as they see fit prior to the reminder even being needed. However, I want to create a single master calendar that is shared between all the users because 10% of the time I might have to manually push that task to someone else. This is because they would be the one completing it 90% of the time. I want the reminder and/or email to only go to that person.
